【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC13818doesnotchangeorsupersedeanyoftherequirementsinISO/IEC13818-1.AllTransportStreams,whetherornottheyaredeliveredinaccordancewiththeRTIshallcomplywithISO/IEC13818-1.Inparticular,theaccuracyrequirementinISO/IEC13818-1forPCRsinTransportStreamsisnotchangedbytherequirementsofthispartofISO/IEC13818.CompliancewiththispartofISO/IEC13818isnotrequiredforcompliancewithISO/IEC13818-1.ThispartofISO/IEC13818doesnotaddressdecoderrequirementsrelatedtoclockacquisitionandslewrateconstraints.Forexample,supposeasystemutilizesthe27MHzsystemclocktoderiveanITU-RPALchromaclockof4.434MHz,witha0.1Hz/secslewratelimitation.Withasourceclockof0.1ppmaccuracy,adecoderclockof30ppmaccuracy,andstraightforwardphase-lockedloopclockrecoverycircuitry,adecodercouldrequireabout305,000bitstopreventbufferunder/overflowduringfrequencyacquisition,evenwithlow-jitterdelivery.Theactualnumberofbitsadecoderrequiresforthispurposecouldbehigherorlower,dependingontheimplementation.Figure1providesasimplifiedviewofthescopeofthispartofISO/IEC13818.ThisfigureshowsaDataLinkInterfaceAdaptor,aReal-TimeInterfaceDecoder(RTD),andthelocationoftheTransportStreamwhichcomplieswiththeRTISpecification.ItshouldbenotedthattheDataLinkInterfaceAdaptorisresponsibleforremovinganydatalinkprotocolordatastructures,aswellasanytimingvariations(i.e.jitter)inordertoproduceacompliantRTITransportStream.
