【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthesulfurcontentofliquidpetroleumproducts,additivesforpetroleumproducts,andsemi-solidandsolidpetroleumproductsthatareeitherliquefiedbymoderateheatingorsolubleinorganicsolvents(see4.1)ofnegligibleoraccuratelyknownsulfurcontent.Themethodisapplicabletoproductsoradditiveshavingsulfurcontentsintherange0,001%(m/m)to2,50%(m/m);highercontentscanbedeterminedbyappropriatedilution.Otherelementsdonotinterfereatconcentrationsanticipatedinthematerialssubjecttothisanalysis.ONOTEForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theterm"%(mhn)"isusedtorepresentthemassfractionofamaterial.Highconcentrationsofphosphorusorchlorine[typicallyabove3%(m/m)]cancausebiasinthesulfurresultbyabsorbingZr-LαandS-Kαtodifferentextents.Itisnecessaryinthesecasestocarryoutstudiestodeterminewhetherthispotentialinterferenceissignificant.Whenlargeramountsofmolybdenumarepresent(typicallyabove50mg/kgto100mg/kg),increasedbackgroundradiationandspectraloverlapwiththesulfursignalcanoccur.Itisnecessaryinthesecasestoinspecttherelevantspectralregions,forexample,toinvestigatethesignificanceofthispotentialsourceofbias.
