【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversdeformedandplainstainless-steelbarsforconcretereinforcementincutlengthsandcoilsusedinapplicationsrequiringresistancetocorrosionorcontrolledmagneticpermeability.ThestandardsizesanddimensionsofdeformedbarsandtheirnumericaldesignationshallbethoselistedinTable1.Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthespecification.1.1.1Supplementaryrequirement(S1)ofanoptionalnatureisprovided.Itshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedbythepurchaser.Inordertoobtainacontrolledmagneticpermeabilityproduct,steelconformingtoSupplementaryRequirementS1shouldbeordered.1.2Thechemicalcompositionofthestainlesssteelalloyshallbeselectedforsuitabilitytotheapplicationinvolvedbyagreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.Thisisanimportantconsiderationinachievingthedesiredcorrosionresistanceorcontrolledmagneticpermeability,orboth,becausethesepropertiesarenotprovidedbyallstainlesssteels.Note18212;ThealloysshowninTable2havefoundthemostuseinNorthAmerica.Otheralloysmayalsoprovidedesiredproperties;consultwiththemanufacturerforstainlesssteelalloypropertiesandavailability.1.3Barsareofthreeminimumyieldstrengthlevels,namely,40000[280MPa],60000[420MPa],and75000psi[520MPa],designatedasGrade40[280],Grade60[420],andGrade75[520],respectively.1.4Plainroundsinsizesuptoandincluding2in.[50.8mm]indiameterincoilsorcutlengths,whenordered,shallbefurnishedunderthisspecificationinGrade40[280],Grade60[420],andGrade75[520],respectively.Bendingproperties,whenrequired,shallbebyagreementbetweenthemanufacturerandpurchaser.Requirementsprovidingfordeformationsandmarkingshallnotbeapplicabletoplainbars.1.5Weldabilityofmoststainlesssteelcompositionsisgenerallygood,however,pre-weldorpost-weldprocedures,orboth,arenecessary.Wherematerialistobewelded,aweldingproceduresuitableforthechemicalcompositionandintendeduseorserviceshallbeused.Retestingofphysicalpropertiesshouldbeconsideredfollowingweldingproceduresdependinguponthesteelcompositionandweldingoperationinvolved.Note28212;ItisrecommendedthattheuserconsultthemanufacturerforinformationavailablefromtheNickelDevelopmentInstitute(NIDI)(Toronto,Canada).1.6Thisspecificationisapplicableforordersineitherinch-poundunits(asSpecificationA955)orinSIunits(asSpecificationA955M).1.7Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththestandard.1.8Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC71constitutesanapplicationguideanddealswiththeselectionofinsulationlevelsofequipmentorinstallationsforthree-phaseelectricalsystems.ItsaimistogiveguidanceforthedeterminationoftheratedwithstandvoltagesforrangesⅠandⅡofIEC71-1andtojustifytheassociationoftheseratedvalueswiththestandardizedhighestvoltagesforequipment.Thisassociationisforinsulationco-ordinationpurposesonly.Therequirementsforhumansafetyarenotcoveredbythisapplicationguide.Itcoversthree-phasesystemswithnominalvoltagesabove1kV.Thevaluesderivedorproposedhereinaregenerallyapplicableonlytosuchsystems.However,theconceptspresentedarealsovalidfortwo-phaseorsingle-phasesystems.Itcoversphase-to-earth,phase-to-phaseandlongitudinalinsulation.Thisapplicationguideisnotintendedtodealwithroutinetests.Thesearetobespecifiedbytherelevantproductcommittees.Thecontentofthisguidestrictlyfollowstheflowchartoftheinsulationco-ordinationprocesspresentedinfigure1ofIEC71-1.Clauses2to5correspondtothesquaresinthisflowchartandgivedetailedinformationontheconceptsgoverningtheinsulationco-ordinationprocesswhichleadstotheestablishmentoftherequiredwithstandlevels.Theguideemphasizesthenecessityofconsidering,attheverybeginning,allorigins,allclassesandalltypesofvoltagestressesinserviceirrespectiveoftherangeofhighestvoltageforequipment.Onlyattheendoftheprocess,whentheselectionofthestandardwithstandvoltagestakesplace,doestheprincipleofcoveringaparticularservicevoltagestressbyastandardwithstandvoltageapply.Also,atthisfinalstep,theguidereferstothecorrelationmadeinIEC71-1betweenthestandardinsulationlevelsandthehighestvoltageforequipment.Theannexescontainexamplesanddetailedinformationwhichexplainorsupporttheconceptsdescribedinthemaintext,andthebasicanalyticaltechniquesused.
